athletics training

 On Wednesday and room 3 and i had athletics training. The one that we did was long jump with Mrs Todd. For long jump the key is to get a fast head start then spring with one leg  then land with two. I think Mrs Todd was impressed a bit with my jumping. After a couple more jumps Mrs Todd called us to stop and get in lines of our age groups i was in the 9 year olds
